They can record and submit about elevator, water, and electricity interruptions.
Engineering Technicians (Requires registration in the UB-Engineer system):
Registered engineering technicians working for specific organizations can access the application.
They can record and update information about incidents and repairs related to the engineering infrastructure.
This includes incidents affecting citizens and incidents that have been resolved, providing a complete history of maintenance and repairs
